On Friday 23 April, the Catering Team at Princess Christian Care Home prepared a little quiz to entertain their residents.
Chefs cooked toffee and strawberry muffins – both regular and puréed versions – and residents had to guess the difference between the muffins.
None of the ladies and gents realised there were any differences until they were given a clue that some might be puréed! In the end they could taste and identify the differences.
Full credit to our ‘magicians’ in the kitchen, for creating such delicious desserts, suitable for all palates!
