There has been a flurry of stunning celebration cakes at Princess Christian Care Home in recent weeks, created by talented Chef Catalin and Head Chef Cosmin.
These were for residents Barbara, Maggie, Raymond and Sally who all celebrated birthdays, with their cake as a highlight.
The Chefs love delighting their residents with their beautiful craftsmanship and use of delicious decorations including colourful icing, fresh fruit, chocolate drips and even a favourite biscuit or two!
