We love spoiling our residents on their birthdays, and what would a birthday be without cake?! Our Chefs at Princess Christian Care Home take great pride in creating their wonderful birthday cakes, designed to delight each individual resident on their special day.
Below on the left we have Princess Christian resident Alex’s eye-catching chocolate sponge, mascarpone and Nutella cream birthday cake, lovingly created by Chef Catalin, with bourbon biscuit decorations no less!
On the right is Freda’s wonderful vanilla sponge and chocolate cream celebration cake, with pink icing and blue ball sprinkles, made and decorated by Chef Cristian.
Pictured below is Colin’s beautiful Victoria sponge cake with fresh strawberries and dripped chocolate on the left, created by Princess Christian’s Head Chef Cosmin.
