Stunning fruit displays at Princess Christian Care Home

At Princess Christian Care Home, we pride ourselves on our beautiful food presentation and this is often highlighted when we create buffet food for our residents and staff.

Recently, team member Maria did a wonderful job helping our Head Chef Cosmin create some amazing fruit displays for a buffet.

The melon and pineapple centrepieces worked wonderfully with the array of colourful fresh fruits – not least the cheerful banana dolphins!
