Chef Cosmin and his team at Princess Christian Care Home pulled out all the stops to theme their menu for the last destination of their Around the World with Nellsar Cruises – England!
The Great British menu had some traditional favourites to delight residents at lunchtime and tempt their tastebuds for afternoon tea.
The lunch service included a choice of fish and chips with peas, tartare sauce, ketchup and lemon or cottage pie served with white cabbage and mixed vegetables. This was followed by a mouthwatering peach crumble and vanilla custard.
And for the afternoon, they baked homemade scones to serve with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries.
What a scrumptious Cruise homecoming!
