As one of our longest serving Chefs among our 13 Nellsar Care Homes, Chef Mandy has been with us for over 16 years and she has worked at several of our Care Homes.
Joining Lukestone Care Home in 2016, Head Chef Mandy is very hard working and dedicated, and passionate about her job. Mandy is great with our residents and takes her time to get to know them all very well; Every resident receives a specially made cake on their birthday too.
We’ve had many separate occasions to celebrate with our residents recently, including Macmillan Cancer Support’s ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ in September, the ‘Wear It Pink’ Breast Cancer awareness event on 21 October, and of course Halloween, on 31 October. And no celebration would be complete without cake!
