It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Princess Christian Care Home and our Catering Team are busy planning a delicious and extensive buffet for our residents and their families Christmas party on Friday 16 December.
The festive season is very important for our residents and their families, who come together to enjoy fun times and seasonal food in the lead up to the big day. Spending quality time with the people we love is what Christmas is all about.
Our Chefs are busy planning the menu for the party when our residents and their guests can feast on buffet favourites including:
Chicken goujons
Pigs in blankets
Chicken skewers
Tapas canapés
Mini baguettes
Homemade quiche
Cous cous
Salads
Vegetable crudités
Cheese and biscuits
Chocolate cake
Banana and cinnamon cake

When catering for such an event such as Christmas, it’s very important to be organised and plan ahead for the festive food. While we have a lot of activities planned for our residents to enjoy, food is a focal point throughout and we’re delighted to offer a trio of tasty menus for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
